Terms & Conditions of Service

IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Services. By purchasing from or engaging with Limitless Health UK, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. In these Terms, ‘Services’ refers to all products, tests, consultations, digital guides, and coaching programmes provided by Limitless Health UK.
1. About Us
Limitless Health UK (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a wellness, lifestyle, and performance consultancy providing educational lifestyle guidance, wellness screening tools, and fitness coaching services. We are a trading name of Biovance Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Company number: 17135820.

We are not a medical practice, clinical service, diagnostic service, or healthcare provider of any kind.
2. Nature of Our Services
Limitless Health UK provides educational, wellness, and informational services only. Nothing we provide constitutes medical advice, a medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, clinical assessment, or any form of regulated healthcare. We do not diagnose, treat, manage, or monitor any medical condition.
You acknowledge that:
- Any guidance, recommendations, or information provided by Limitless Health UK is general in nature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Nothing in our Services creates a clinician-patient relationship or any regulated clinical duty of care
- Our consultants are professionally qualified but act solely in the capacity of wellness consultants when providing Services on behalf of Limitless Health UK
- Any decisions you make based on our guidance are made entirely at your own discretion and risk
- You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns
3. Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are resident in the United Kingdom
- You are purchasing Services for your own personal, non-commercial use
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- You are not currently experiencing any symptoms that would require urgent medical attention
- Where relevant to the Service purchased, you confirm that you do not have any known medical condition that would make participation unsafe without prior medical clearance
We do not offer Services to persons under the age of 18. If we become aware that a Service has been purchased by or for a minor, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund.
4. Our Services
We currently offer the following Services. Full details of each are set out in the relevant sections below:
- Weight Cut Monitoring Service (Section 5)
- Blood Testing & Wellness Consultation (Section 6)
- Biological Age & Longevity Testing (Section 7)
- Rapid Health Screening Tests (Section 8)
- Digital Guides (Section 9)
- Online Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching (Section 10)
We reserve the right to introduce new Services, modify existing Services, or discontinue any Service at any time. Any changes will not affect Services already purchased.
5. Weight Cut Monitoring Service
5.1 What the Service Is
The Weight Cut Monitoring Service is a wellness screening and educational service designed to support combat sports athletes during a weight cut. It is not a medical service, clinical assessment, or sports medicine consultation.
The service may include any combination of the following, depending on the package selected:
- Self-reported weight tracking at specified points during fight camp
- Self-administered urine dipstick testing, the results of which are self-reported by you
- A symptoms questionnaire completed by you
- A remote wellness check-in via video call or telephone with one of our wellness consultants
This service screens for general wellness red flags only. It does not constitute a clinical assessment, medical clearance, or fitness-to-compete certificate. We do not and cannot certify that any athlete is safe to compete. If you have any health concerns, you must consult a qualified sports medicine doctor or GP before competing.
5.2 Your Responsibilities
By purchasing the Weight Cut Monitoring Service, you confirm that:
- You understand that weight cutting carries inherent physical risks including but not limited to dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, reduced cognitive and physical performance, and in extreme cases serious medical complications
- You take full personal responsibility for your decision to cut weight and for the manner in which you do so
- All weight and urine data you provide is accurate and self-reported honestly
- You will follow the instructions provided for self-administering the urine dipstick test
- You will contact emergency services (999) or attend A&E immediately if you experience symptoms of serious medical concern at any point during your weight cut
- You will seek independent medical advice before competing if you have any doubts about your health or safety
5.3 Red Flag Signposting
If our wellness consultants identify information that suggests a potential health concern during your check-in or review of your data, we will advise you to seek appropriate medical attention. We will not provide clinical assessment or treatment. The decision to seek medical advice and the decision to compete remain entirely yours.
5.4 Limitations
Limitless Health UK is not liable for any injury, illness, adverse health outcome, or consequence arising from your weight cut, your decision to compete, or your use of or reliance on information provided through this service. Weight cut monitoring is undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk. Limitless Health UK does not supervise, direct, or control any aspect of your weight cut.
6. Blood Testing & Wellness Consultation
6.1 What the Service Is
Our blood testing service facilitates access to laboratory blood analysis through our independent third-party laboratory partner. We provide a wellness consultation to discuss the information presented within your results report and offer general lifestyle guidance informed by those findings.
6.2 Sample Collection
Blood samples are collected by you at home using a test kit provided by our independent third-party laboratory partner. Samples may be collected via dried blood spot or capillary blood collection into microtainer tubes, depending on the test selected. Full instructions are provided within the kit.
You are responsible for:
- Collecting your sample correctly and in sufficient quantity in accordance with the kit instructions
- For dried blood spot samples, ensuring the sample is left to dry fully and completely before sealing and posting. For microtainers, ensuring the collected blood sample is enough to reach the fill line.
- Returning your sample to the laboratory using the prepaid return envelope provided
Failure to follow the collection instructions correctly may result in an invalid or rejected sample. No refund will be issued where a test result is invalid or failed due to incorrect sample collection, insufficient sample quantity, or a blood spot sample posted before fully drying.
6.3 Results and Consultation
Once your results are received from our laboratory partner, we will forward your report to you and arrange your wellness consultation. Your consultation will typically last up to 30 minutes and will be conducted remotely via video call or telephone.
During your consultation, our wellness consultants will discuss the information presented within your report and provide general lifestyle guidance. They will not interpret your results in a clinical or diagnostic manner, prescribe any treatment or medication, or provide a medical opinion.
Blood test results provided through this service reflect general health indicators only. They are not a diagnosis of any medical condition. If your results include a value that may warrant further attention, you will be advised to consult your GP. HbA1c results are one indicator relevant to blood sugar regulation. They do not constitute a diagnosis of diabetes or pre-diabetes and must not be treated as such.
6.4 Third-Party Laboratory
All laboratory analysis is conducted by our independent third-party laboratory partner. Limitless Health UK does not conduct or analyse laboratory testing and does not interpret results in a clinical or diagnostic manner. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of results produced by our laboratory partner. Any reliance placed on third-party test results is undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk.
7. Biological Age & Longevity Testing
Our biological age testing service operates in the same manner as the blood testing service described in Section 6. The biological age test uses biomarker-based and/or epigenetic methods as described by the relevant laboratory partner.
Biological age results are indicative only and reflect general tendencies and associations, not certainties. They are not intended to assess, diagnose, or monitor any medical condition, nor should they be used to make health-related decisions without first seeking independent medical advice. Biological age assessments do not predict lifespan or the development of any disease.
All terms set out in Section 6 apply equally to the Biological Age & Longevity Testing service.
8. Rapid Health Screening Tests
8.1 What the Service Is
Our rapid health screening tests provide a quick, indicative result for selected health markers. Results are presented as a traffic light outcome (green, amber, or red) rather than an exact numerical value. These tests are intended as a general wellness screening tool only.
Rapid test results are indicative only. They are not diagnostic, do not provide clinical values, and must not be used as the basis for any medical decision. A green result does not guarantee that a health marker is within a clinically normal range. An amber or red result does not confirm the presence of any medical condition. You must consult your GP if you have any concerns about your health.
8.2 Rapid Test Results — Next Steps
Depending on your rapid test result, you may wish to consider the following options, which are available through Limitless Health UK:
- A green result: you may choose not to take further action based on that screening result alone. You may wish to retest periodically as part of your wellness monitoring.
- An amber or red result: we recommend you consider booking a wellness consultation with one of our consultants, purchasing a relevant digital guide for lifestyle information, or ordering a full laboratory blood test for accurate values. We strongly recommend you also consult your GP.
8.3 Device Information
Rapid test devices supplied through Limitless Health UK are CE/UKCA marked and suitable for lay use. They are supplied for personal wellness screening purposes only and not for clinical use.
8.4 Limitations
Rapid test results carry an inherent margin of error. Limitless Health UK is not liable for any outcome, decision, or consequence arising from your use of or reliance on a rapid test result. Use of rapid tests is undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk. Rapid tests are screening tools only and are not a substitute for laboratory testing.
9. Digital Guides
9.1 What the Service Is
Our digital guides are paid downloadable educational resources providing general information about common health topics, lifestyle factors, and wellness strategies. They are designed to support understanding and informed decision-making.
9.2 Nature of Digital Guides
All digital guides produced by Limitless Health UK are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or a personalised health plan. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Digital guides provide general lifestyle information only. They do not take into account your individual health circumstances, medical history, or current medications. Digital guides are not tailored to individual medical needs or conditions. You are responsible for determining whether the information contained in any digital guide is appropriate for your individual circumstances, and for seeking independent medical advice before making any health-related changes.
9.3 Intellectual Property
All digital guides are the intellectual property of Limitless Health UK and Biovance Group Ltd. They are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publish any digital guide or any part thereof without our prior written consent.
9.4 Refunds on Digital Guides
Digital guides are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 13(1)(c)). By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost upon download or access.
10. Online Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching
10.1 What the Service Is
Our online personal training and nutrition coaching service is delivered by our qualified personal trainer. Services are available as a one-off session or as a subscription package including regular check-ins and review of your training and nutrition plan.
10.2 Qualifications
Our personal training services are delivered by a Level 3 qualified personal trainer. Nutrition guidance provided is general dietary advice only. We do not provide therapeutic nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, or dietary advice for the management of any medical condition. If you have a diagnosed medical condition that affects your diet or nutrition, you must consult a registered dietitian or your GP before following any nutrition guidance provided by Limitless Health UK.
10.3 Physical Activity Readiness
By purchasing personal training services, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in an exercise programme and that you are not aware of any medical reason why you should not exercise. If you have any doubt about your readiness to exercise, you must consult your GP before beginning any training programme.
Limitless Health UK is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome arising from participation in any exercise programme or implementation of any nutrition guidance provided through our personal training service.
10.4 Subscription Packages
Subscription packages are available. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are non-refundable once the service has commenced except where otherwise required by law. Monthly check-ins must be scheduled within the relevant calendar month and cannot be carried over to future months if unused.
11. Purchasing & Payment
All prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase and are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) inclusive of applicable taxes. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We do not store your payment card details — all payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the supply of Services beginning before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once performance of the Service has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
12. Lifestyle & Supplement Recommendations
Any lifestyle or supplement suggestions provided during a consultation or included within any of our materials are general, non-prescriptive, and informational in nature. They are informed by your report or the information you provide and do not constitute a prescription, medical recommendation, or clinical intervention.
You are solely responsible for:
- Checking the ingredients and composition of any supplement or product before use
- Identifying any known allergies, intolerances, or contraindications with existing medications
- Determining the suitability of any supplement or lifestyle change for your individual circumstances
- Consulting your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before commencing any supplement if you have a known medical condition or are taking prescribed medication
Limitless Health UK is not liable for any adverse reaction, health outcome, or consequence arising from your use of any supplement or implementation of any lifestyle recommendation provided through our Services.
13. Cancellation & Refund Policy
13.1 Blood Test & Biological Age Test Kits
Once your test kit has been ordered by Limitless Health UK from our laboratory partner on your behalf, the kit is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel before the kit has been ordered, please contact us immediately for a full refund. No refund will be issued where a test result is invalid due to incorrect sample collection.
13.2 Weight Cut Monitoring Service
The Weight Cut Monitoring Service is non-refundable once your onboarding has been completed and your monitoring period has commenced. If you wish to cancel before onboarding, please contact us for a full refund.
13.3 Rapid Tests
Rapid test kits are non-refundable once dispatched, due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of the product.
13.4 Wellness Consultations
Consultations cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will be rescheduled at no charge. Consultations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or where you fail to attend will be forfeited with no refund issued.
13.5 Digital Guides
Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. See Section 9.4.
13.6 Personal Training Subscriptions
Subscription packages are non-refundable once commenced. One-off sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will be rescheduled. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be forfeited.
13.7 Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Limitless Health UK’s total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim
- You acknowledge that participation in any of our Services, including weight cut monitoring, physical training, and blood testing, involves inherent risk
- Limitless Health UK shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on our Services
- Limitless Health UK is not liable for the accuracy of results produced by our laboratory partner, or for any errors, omissions, or delays on their part
- Limitless Health UK is not liable for any injury, adverse health outcome, or consequence arising from your weight cut, exercise programme, dietary changes, or implementation of any lifestyle recommendation
- Limitless Health UK is not liable for any adverse reaction or outcome arising from your use of any rapid test device or any product recommended during a consultation
- Your use of our Services and any actions taken based on our guidance are undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Data Protection & Privacy
Limitless Health UK takes the protection of your personal data seriously. The data we collect and process is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on our website. Health-related data including blood test results and weight monitoring data constitutes special category personal data under UK GDPR and will only be processed with your explicit consent.
By purchasing our Services, you consent to us contacting you for the purposes of delivering your Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the transmission of your results and communications via electronic means including email, and acknowledge the inherent security risks associated with such transmission, including the risk of unauthorised access or data interception.
16. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Limitless Health UK reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue Services to any customer at any time, including where:
- We believe the Service is being misused or used outside its intended scope
- A customer seeks clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment beyond the wellness scope of our Services
- A customer behaves in an abusive or threatening manner
- We have reasonable cause to believe that proceeding would not be in the best interests of the customer’s health or safety, in which case we will advise them to seek appropriate professional support
17. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding, digital guides, training programmes, and intellectual property associated with Limitless Health UK are the property of Biovance Group Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials without our prior written consent.
18. Force Majeure
Limitless Health UK shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to laboratory delays, postal failures, technical or system failures, acts of God/natural events, pandemic, or government restriction. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and take reasonable steps to minimise any impact.
19. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our Service, please contact us in the first instance. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days. If your complaint relates to the professional conduct of one of our registered consultants, you may also have the right to raise a concern with the relevant professional regulatory body.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
21. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
