This policy applies to all Services purchased from Limitless Health UK. Please read it carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including your right to receive services carried out with reasonable care and skill.
By purchasing any Limitless Health UK Service, you expressly consent to the supply of that Service beginning before the end of the 14-day cancellation period. You acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once performance of the Service has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Blood Testing & Biological Age Testing — Test Kits
Once your test kit has been ordered by Limitless Health UK from our independent third-party laboratory partner on your behalf, the order is non-refundable except where required under your statutory rights. This is because the kit is produced and dispatched specifically for you as a personalised health product. Orders are typically placed with our laboratory partner on the same or next working day following purchase.
If you wish to cancel before your kit has been ordered, please contact us immediately at limitlesshealthuk@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund, subject to confirmation that the order has not yet been placed.
Invalid or Failed Samples
No refund will be issued where a test result is invalid, inconclusive, or failed as a result of:
- Incorrect sample collection (insufficient quantity, wrong technique)
- A dried blood spot sample that was posted before fully drying
- Failure to follow the kit instructions provided
- Sample degradation due to improper storage or delayed posting
If your kit arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement.
2. Wellness Consultations
Consultations are booked as part of a blood testing, biological age testing, or standalone package. The following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled consultation: your consultation will be rescheduled at no additional charge
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice: your consultation will be forfeited with no refund issued
- No-shows (failure to attend without notice): your consultation will be forfeited with no refund issued
- If you arrive late to your consultation, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. The time lost cannot be recovered or refunded
If Limitless Health UK needs to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative slot at no additional charge.
3. Weight Cut Monitoring Service
The weight cut monitoring service is non-refundable once your onboarding has been completed and your monitoring period has commenced, except where required under your statutory rights.
If you wish to cancel before onboarding has begun, please contact us at limitlesshealthuk@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund.
Individual check-ins cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Check-ins cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or where you fail to attend will be forfeited with no refund issued.
4. Rapid Health Screening Tests
Rapid test kits are non-refundable once dispatched, except where required under your statutory rights, due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of the product.
If your rapid test kit arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement.
5. Digital Guides
Digital guides are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except where required under your statutory rights. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost upon download or access, in accordance with Regulation 13(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your download, please contact us at limitlesshealthuk@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
6. Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching
6.1 One-off Sessions
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled session: your session will be rescheduled at no additional charge
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice: your session will be forfeited with no refund issued
- No-shows: your session will be forfeited with no refund issued
- If you arrive late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. The time lost cannot be recovered or refunded
6.2 Subscription Packages
- Subscription packages are non-refundable once commenced, except where required under your statutory rights
- Monthly check-ins must be scheduled within the relevant calendar period and cannot be carried over if unused
- If you need to pause your subscription due to injury or illness, please contact us to discuss options. We will try to accommodate reasonable requests at our discretion
- If Limitless Health UK cancels or significantly changes your subscription package, you will be offered a pro-rata refund for any unused portion
7. Your Right to Cancel — Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (the “cooling off period”). However, by completing your purchase you expressly request that the Service begins before the end of the 14-day period and acknowledge that:
- For test kits: once ordered from our laboratory partner on your behalf, the right to cancel is lost as the kit is a personalised product
- For digital guides: once downloaded or accessed, the right to cancel is lost under Regulation 13(1)(c)
- For consultations and check-ins: once your session has taken place, the right to cancel that session is lost
- For subscription packages: once the subscription has commenced, the right to cancel the whole package is lost, though you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund for services not yet provided
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If you have a concern about a faulty product or service that was not as described, please contact us in the first instance.
8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Please include your full name, order reference number, the Service you purchased, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 working days. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you believe a Service was not provided with reasonable care and skill, or was materially different from its description, please contact us.
